TASTING NOTES.

Color: Shows an amber hue, characterized by light topaz highlights

Nose: Well-defined nose, showing fruity and floral notes, enhanced by touches of butter and yeast

Palate: In the mouth, it is full-bodied, with a creamy, almost tactile sip, marked by a sweet streak that makes the drink beyond pleasant. A Whisky dedicated to all true connoisseurs, to be reserved for those evenings of which one knows the beginning, but not the end, to venture into the night with an inseparable companion

DESCRIPTION: The barley used is the "chocolate malt," and the water, particularly "hard" given its richness in magnesium and calcium, comes from the nearby Tarlogie springs and is analyzed twice a week. During distillation, the tallest stills in all of Scotland are used, measuring just over 5 meters and featuring a shape called "giraffe's neck," which is ideal for making soft and delicate products. At the end of the production process, the "Signet" is rested in American oak casks, which once contained Bourbon
