Aging: Made in small batches and refined with oak charcoal and Texas mesquite, this unique process results in a remarkably balanced and smooth sipping whiskey with subtle hints of smoky sweetness. The production process combines two separate methods of coal filtration. During the first filtration, American white oak charcoal is used; in a second process, Texas mesquite wood is used. These woody plants give the bourbon a unique flavor and smoky sweetness. But that's not all. When mature, this bourbon offers delicious notes of caramel, pear, vanilla, citrus and spice. A subtle, smoky finish follows.
