Vinification: The grapes are softly pressed, the must is fermented at low temperatures with native yeasts and the wine put to age in steel containers: the simplicity of the preparation highlights the best expressive characteristics of the grape variety. In vintages that recommend it, a passage in wood takes place.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Straw yellow.
Nose: Fruity nose with aromas of white flowers and white peach with hints of citrus and tropical fruits.
Taste: Firm and mineral flavor. Reminiscent of the yeasts that made it.
PAIRINGS: Recommended with fish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses
FRUITY: Serve at 10/12°C
