Vinification: Iancura, which in the dialect of the Aeolian islands means "whiteness," denotes that state in which the calm sea blends with the heavenly-white sky, and represents a state of mind of grace, calm and serenity. Made from dry Malvasia delle Lipari and Inzolia, grown in vineyards on the Aeolian Islands and harvested in late August. Straw yellow in color, the nose releases pleasantly fruity notes of citrus, peach and apricot. On the palate it is fresh and smooth, with good mineral notes and great dynamism and richness. Uniqueness and freshness are guaranteed by the aromaticity of Malvasia combined with the elegance of Insolia.
