Vinification: A wine that comes from the pure grapes of that white grape variety symbolic of the entire Sardinian island, Vermentino. The vines grow within vineyards characterized by a limestone-clay subsoil, and the grapes, once they reach the winemaking rooms, are softly pressed and fermented in steel, at a controlled temperature of 16-17 degrees, for a period of about 15-20 days. Then comes maturation, which is carried out for several months, again in steel, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.

TASTING NOTES.

Color: Light straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose: Lively and young on the nose. It moves on an olfactory texture made of fruity notes, enriched by more floral hints.

Taste: Light-bodied, slender and expressive on the palate, thanks to a pleasantly fresh and round, very enveloping sip.

PAIRINGS: It is perfect to accompany the classic aperitif among friends. Excellent when paired with seafood and sushi.
