TASTING NOTES.
Color: Brilliant straw yellow
Nose: The nose enchants with scents of apple, pineapple and aromatic herbs, enriched by pleasant tones of wild flowers and minerals
Taste: On the palate it is an enveloping and structured wine, with delicate menthol and toasty notes due to the passage in oak
PAIRINGS: An excellent wine for the whole meal, it goes well with first courses and fish entrees
