TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense almost golden yellow
Bouquet: Fine and subtle on the nose, dominated by notes of exotic fruit and herbaceous and vegetal sensations, typically varietal
Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied, deep and harmonious, with a sip characterized by a pleasant freshness that fuels a full and satisfying drink
PAIRINGS: Perfect throughout a meal, it is also great for being the absolute star of aperitifs. It stylishly accompanies fish-based first and second courses; it is at its best with baked sea bass
FRUITABILITY: Serve at 8°C
WINE-MAKING: Gaja grows it within the terroir of the Langhe, and the grapes, after harvest, are vinified and aged for six months in small French oak barrels. Once this maturation is complete, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed
