TASTING NOTES.
Color: Straw yellow with some reflections tending to greenish
Nose: The nose is dominated by citrus and exotic fruit aromas such as lychee and pineapple, alternating with hints of sage and nettle
Taste: In the mouth it is fresh, streamlined, with a pleasantly persistent finish
PAIRINGS: Excellent with grilled fish, it is also suitable for aperitifs, where it accompanies different types of preparations and ingredients. Absolutely must try with a carpaccio of marinated sea bass.
FRUITY: To be served at 8/10°C
VINIFICATION: The grapes, carefully selected to represent only the best of the terroir of origin, vinify and age exclusively in stainless steel, then bottled.
