Color: Bright ruby

Nose: With its floral notes and its "peppery" scent in perfect balance with the decisive and aromatic hints of myrrh and, finally, the very bitter-tasting Piedmont wormwood

Palate: It presents itself on the palate with a sweet and balanced beginning of citrus and plantain, in which hints of barleywort, fresh almonds and essential oils of orange peel emerge, and a finish characterized by the spicy note

DESCRIPTION: Carpano Botanic Bitter a perfect ingredient for blending, both for giving new flavor nuances to great classics and for new creations. An ideal complement to Carpano Vermouth, the new bitter is an excellent partner of the former in all the historic Italian aperitifs, from Negroni to Americano, where its citric and balsamic notes perfectly complement the rich, botanical and vinous structure of Vermouth, to Mi-To, to which it gives a more elegant and intense profile.
