Braulio Riserva is the famous alpine bitter created from the herbs of Mount Braulio, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park in Valtellina. This bitter is made from a secret recipe created by the intuition of pharmacist Francesco Peloni, which to this day remains so, of which only a few herbs and plants are known, such as juniper, achillea moscata, wormwood and gentian roots. To make Braulio Riserva, the liquor is aged in small Slavonian oak barrels. It is then filtered very gently to preserve the plant components
