Description: Belle Epoque is an extraordinary Champagne for its ability to combine harmony and richness and to embody with class the unmistakable style of the Maison Perrier Jouet. A centuries-old tradition that of the well-known French winery, founded as far back as 1811 and which over the years has seen a succession of only 7 chefs de cave, custodians of the maison's taste. Today the winery has about 65 hectares under vine, located among the most prestigious areas of Champagne, including Avize, Ay and Dizy cultivated with the area's three principle grape varieties, namely Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The basic idea is to produce liquids that stand out first and foremost for their balance and fullness of fruit, already welcoming and enjoyable immediately after disgorging.
