Vinification: This Brut Rosé Vintage Champagne, from the Dom Pérignon maison, is made with grapes from some of the most prestigious and ancient grand cru and premier cru vines in the Champagne region. It is rich in tension, power and persistence, already stunning today but capable of fantastic evolutions for at least the next decade, if not beyond. It is a jewel, given to us directly by the great and talented chef de cave Richard Geoffroy

Appearance: Persistent fine perlage

Nose: The nose is clear and refined, beginning with intense fruity scents reminiscent over all of currants and wild strawberries, and followed by spicy nuances
Taste: Turning to the palate, the palate is soft and deep, teased by a hint of tannins, and with a long, pleasantly balanced aftertaste characterized by hints of just enough citrus
PAIRINGS: Perfect with seafood and raw fish dishes, it is ideal paired with shellfish and aged cheeses
