Nose: The nose has the recognizable aromas of green apple, pear, tropical fruit and bread crust.
Taste: Fresh and fruity in the mouth with a refreshing, juicy taste.
PAIRINGS: Perfect paired with appetizers, fish tartare, sushi and sashimi, steamed fish and shellfish.
