Description: Pommery's 2004 Champagne Brut Grand Cru AOC "Cuvée Louise" comes from the blending of base wines made from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. The grapes are rigorously selected within the estate vineyards classified as grand cru, located in the villages of Avize, Cramant and Ay. The second fermentation in the bottle involves a long rest on the lees of at least 10 before disgorging. The absolute masterpiece of the historic house of Reims, capable of revolutionizing the concepts of complexity, power and refinement.
