Color: Warm and bright straw yellow
Bouquet: The nose is initially expressed with floral and citrus notes, then opens to hints of anise and mint and closes on spicy and toasted traces.

PAIRINGS: Perfect for important dishes, it enhances with richly flavored dishes, from a great Iberian ham to white truffle recipes.
