The recipe changes every year, and since 2013 production has begun with the Solera aging technique in barrels of different origins. These processes result in a gin with a great balance between intensity and finesse, flavorful and complex, with notes of dried fruit, light toast, dark chocolate, pineapple, banana and a touch of plum
