TASTING NOTES.

Color:Transparent.

Nose:White pepper and berry aromas are predominant on the nose with plenty of juniper .

Palate:The taste is spicy but well balanced, again with a healthy dose of juniper. Soft hints of lemongrass with a hint of red berries. Still a dry gin on the palate, with faint hints of citrus.

Description: Has soft aromas of nutmeg and juniper. The palate is smooth, silky and tasty with citrus notes. Bottled at 42%, Portobello Road No. 171 has enough alcohol content to enhance the characteristics of nine botanicals selected by Jake F. Burger: juniper berries, lemon peel, bitter orange peel, coriander seed, iris root, angelica root, cassia bark, licorice and nutmeg.
