Nose: With intense floral notes introducing intense scents of juniper enriched by intense hints of fruit.

Description: The production is characterized by the exclusive use of wild Italian juniper from Tuscany and Umbria, which is macerated together with various herbs, spices and citrus peels, as well as a secret ingredient. The Professor's Gin follows the Bathtub production method, Italian for "bathtub," which involves steeping the alcohol and various botanicals in a tub. In this way, the alcohol absorbs the different flavors and takes on their coloring. The juniper elixir is gently filtered after a long cold infusion so as not to lose its aromatic charge.
