Vinification: Basilicata Rosato IGT "Manfredi" is a rosé representing the most modern aspect of Vulture, the result of a careful selection of only Aglianico grapes and a subsequent very brief vinification on the skins. Having reached the typical pink coloration, reminiscent of coral, it is cold decanted as if it were a white wine and fermented at low temperatures with a specific selection of yeasts

Nose: The nose expresses beautiful notes of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, vanilla to thyme
Taste: Fresh, savory and mineral on the palate, characterized by a particular harmony and an elegant spicy undertone. It closes with a particularly clean, fine and persistent finish
PAIRINGS: Also as an aperitif, it goes well with grilled fish, soups and pasta dishes, white meats, soft cheeses
