TASTING NOTES.
Color: Delicate rosé
Nose: Floral notes of dog rose and wild flowers alternate with fruity hints of white peach, black cherry, red currant and garden strawberry on a bouquet of herbs and ginger.
Taste: Fresh and smooth on the palate, the fine acidity lends liveliness to the juicy sip of flowers and fruit already discernible on the nose. The finish is savory, balsamic and very persistent.
PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with light appetizers, grilled fish and white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif
