Description and vinification: Cantine San Marzano Rosè Sessantanni was created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Cantine San Marzano. Wine created in a limited edition for summer 2022. It is named after Cantine San Marzano's Sessantanni Primitivo di Manduria DOP, with which it also shares the grape variety. Production begins with a manual harvest, followed by a soft pressing and immediate separation of the first part of the must. It ferments in white at 16-18°C and ages in steel for a minimum of 3 months.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Soft pink, vibrant and with beautiful intensity
Nose: The nose opens with a bouquet of red fruits where crisp cherry predominates, wrapped in a sweeter fruity note.
Taste: The palate shows some structure and roundness. Savoriness and freshness give balance to the full and persistent sip.
PAIRINGS: Ideal companion to first and second courses based on fish or shellfish. It can also be paired with lightly structured earthy and vegetarian dishes
