TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose is rich and complex, with notes of red fruits, such as black cherry, prune and cherries under spirits, followed by delicate sensations of licorice, tobacco and amaretto
Taste: Soft and broad on the palate, the elegant tannins are well supported by a pleasant freshness; fruity aftertaste, typical of the variety
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it is exalted with main meat dishes, especially grilled
FRUITABILITY: Serve at 16°C
WINE-MAKING: The grapes were harvested overripe. After crushing, maceration, managed with soft pumping over, took about 8-10 days at a temperature not exceeding 27 °C. Malolactic fermentation took place in steel. The wine aged 18 months in the cellar and an equal number of months in the bottle before release
