Vinification: Fermentation takes place, with several days' maceration in contact with the skins, in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Then the wine ages for 11 months, part in second-passage French barriques and the remainder in steel, before being blended and finally remaining to age in bottle for a further 6-12 months

Taste: On the palate it is dry and harmonious, pleasantly velvety
