Vinification: We are in the beautiful territory of Vulture, in the municipality of Barile, on small vineyards located at 600 meters above sea level; vineyards with a very old age and very low yields that raise the quality of this Aglianico "Don Anselmo". After a maceration on the skins that continues in steel for 15 days, Paternoster's Aglianico del Vulture "Don Anselmo" evolves 50% in large Slavonian oak barrels and the remaining half in barriques, before stabilizing for 12 months in the bottle
