Nose: The nose expresses very intense notes of dark fruit, blackberry, black currant and ripe cherry
Palate: Full, soft and round on the palate, characterized by a lively and intense nerve. A slight trail of savoriness accompanies the sip toward a very persistent finish, characterized by continuous hints of ripe fruit
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with roasts, game, stews, braised meats and particularly flavorful cheeses
