TASTING NOTES.
Color: Dark ruby red
Nose: The nose expresses warm, mineral aromas of black fruits followed by nuts
Palate: The palate has full body, soft tannins and a savory finish. It expresses ripe fruit with savory nuances that give this red a wonderful succulence
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with braised meats, fillets, aged cheeses
FRUIBILITY: Serve at 16/18°C
VINIFICATION: Castelgiocondo is Brunello di Montalcino that comes from a very strict selection of only Sangiovese grapes in the vineyard, where all the characteristics necessary to exalt this ancient vine are scrupulously respected. Thus is born, after a slow maturation in both barrique and large barrels, a wine of great structure, elegant, balanced, with intense aromas and great finesse
