TASTING NOTES
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: it opens on the nose with hints of ripe red fruit and blackberry jam, followed by hints of undergrowth, oak and licorice, and hints of sweet spices.
Taste: soft and enveloping in the tannic texture, it offers an articulated and complex drink, long in persistence and powerful in closure.
PAIRING: To combine with red meat, it is to try with the smoked pork ham in the oven.
Usability: Serve at 16/18°C
