TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Opens on the nose with hints of ripe red fruit and blackberry jam, followed by hints of underbrush, oak and licorice, and hints of sweet spices.
Taste: Soft and enveloping in its tannic texture, it offers an articulate and complex drink, long in persistence and powerful on the finish.
PAIRINGS: Best paired with red meat, it's a must-try with oven-smoked pork ham.
FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C.
