Color: Impenetrable ruby red
Nose: Rich, intense and articulate, with hints of ripe berries, pepper, balsamic herbs, licorice, chocolate, noble woods and sweet spices
Palate: Vigorous, powerful, soft and concentrated, with exuberant and very long aromatic complexity, endowed with elegant freshness
PAIRINGS: Perfect to drink with pasta with sauce, roasted meats, game and aged cheeses
