Vinification: No other grape variety is as completely identified with the Vittoria territory as frappato. What results is a red wine of great persuasiveness and charm, always supported by good acidity, with a distinct Mediterranean character. COS's Sicilia Frappato IGT matures in vitrified cement tanks and, a year later, what we find in the glass is a wine of great fragrance, a true flagship not only of the winery but of the entire Val di Noto territory

Color: Ruby red, bright and luminous

Nose: The olfactory spectrum is structured around elegant and refined scents: red fruits, dried roses and almond are the immediately identifiable aromas

Taste: The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, with silky tannins, perfectly balanced
