Vinification: Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Then the wine matures for 12 months mainly in French oak barrels and for the remainder in steel, before being put into the bottle, where it remains to refine its organoleptic characteristics for another 6 months
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red, with violet reflections
Bouquet: The nose opens with an intense bouquet of red fruit, enriched by elegant notes of sweet spices and cinnamon
Taste: On the palate it is ample and velvety, with a pleasantly long and persistent finish
PAIRINGS: Perfect with red meats, especially grilled, it is ideal paired with roasts and game
FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
