Vinification: After the harvest, bunches of grapes from all four vine varieties are left to dry, and only in mid-December is the wine pressed. After fermentation, aging is carried out for 36 months in new barriques. Finally, Amarone della Valpolicella DOC, from the Dal Forno Romano winery, is completed with two years of resting in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Seductive on the nose, it opens with notes of overripe black fruit, which are enhanced by complex hints of mocha, dark chocolate, pepper and oak
Taste: Full-bodied and generous on the palate, it delivers a velvety and smooth tannic texture, and possesses a superb and fascinating closure
