Vinification: Harvested and selected by hand, the grapes are dried naturally in the large, airy fruit loft. Fermentation takes place slowly in wooden vats for 30 days. Aged for 4 years, the first in 500-liter tonneaux and the other 3 in large Slavonian oak barrels. Cà Florian then rests in bottle for at least one year.
Before being released for sale, this bottle was checked by the Casillo Wine Team. However, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. TASTING NOTES.
Color: Deep and intense ruby red
Nose: Hints of dark fruit: plums, cherries, blackberries with hints of red fruit and licorice ending with a hint of bitter cocoa
Taste: On the palate it is rich, full-bodied, intense in presenting a taste aligned with the sensations already perceived on the nose
PAIRINGS: Perfect with braised meats, stews, game, ideal with grilled red meat and aged cheeses. Excellent meditation wine
FRUITY: Serve at 18/20°C
