TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: Very varied and elegant bouquet with red fruits such as currant and cassis and black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry along with hints of licorice
Taste: The palate reveals good structure and decidedly fine tannins, with a mouthfeel finish from the returns of black fruits and toasted hints. Excellent to taste after 3/5 years with an aging potential of 15 years
PAIRINGS: Perfect combination with red meats (especially grilled cooking), lamb and game
