TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense red.
Nose: Intense, fruity with sensations of blackberry and black cherry and spicy.
Taste: Soft, balanced with firm but never intrusive tannins Long and persistent finish
PAIRINGS: Ideal with appetizers, cured meats, aged cheeses, meat-based first courses, duck ragout, red and white meat.
FRUITY: To be served at 16/18°C.
VINIFICATION : After fermentation the wine is put to age in oak barrels for about 12 months. It becomes 'Reserve' after 2 years from the date of harvest. It is aged in bottles for a minimum period of 3 months.
