Vinification: Zero was born in 1997 from 2 hectares of vineyard, located in Località Acqua di Costanza in the municipality of Torchiara, cultivated with Aglianico. An area the Alto Cilento that feels the influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the decidedly sunny climate. The winemaking project starts from slightly dried grapes, with subsequent fermentation by spontaneous yeasts and afﬁnishing in wood.

TASTING NOTES.

Color: Deep ruby red

Nose: Plum and blackberry supported by alcohol, black pepper and cocoa marking the nose.

Taste: Soft, full of ripe and jammy fruit the attack in the mouth and again the powerful alcohol all warms and envelops, soft tannins and savory freshness.

PAIRINGS: Pairs perfectly with kid and lamb, also excellent with steak and Neapolitan ragout

FRUITY: Serve at 16°C
