Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place at controlled temperature for about three weeks in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation and long aging in oak barriques follow.

Color: Intense ruby red with violet reflections
Nose: On the nose, it has hints of red fruits, sour cherry and ripe plum, sweet spices such as white pepper and streaks of cinnamon accompanied by balsamic notes
Taste: This is a full-bodied wine with round and silky tannins
PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with pasta with sauce, roast meats, game and stewed fish
FRUITY: Serve at 16°C
