Nose: On the nose, it has hints of red fruits, sour cherry and ripe plum, sweet spices such as white pepper and streaks of cinnamon accompanied by balsamic notes
Taste: This is a full-bodied wine with round and silky tannins
PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with pasta with sauce, roast meats, game and stewed fish
