TASTING NOTES.
Color: Deep ruby red with garnet hues.
Nose: Intense and elegant with ample notes of red fruits, balsamic notes, closes with touches of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Firm sip, persistent in its fruity notes, rich in enveloping and smooth tannins.
PAIRINGS: Suitable on grilled meat preparations and first courses, try it on flavorful fish preparations in guazzetto
FRUITY: Serve at 14/16°.
