Vinification: Harvest in late September, followed by cold maceration for 3 days and fermentation in steel containers. After finishing malolactic fermentation, the wine ages separately between tonneaux and oak barrels for about 12 months, then for another 6 months in wooden barrels once the two batches are assembled
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: The nose is played on aromas of blueberry and violet, joined by pleasant whiffs of toasted vanilla, and truffle and porcini mushrooms with evolution in the bottle
Taste: The mouthfeel is soft and seductive, accompanied by a beautiful spicy texture
PAIRINGS: Ideal with portions of stewed lamb, excels in the company of very intensely flavored cheeses
