Nose: Vinous nose, followed by ample and intense hints of ripe red-fleshed fruit.
Taste: Tasting it proves soft and velvety, full-bodied and rightly tannic. Overall it is harmonious and has a persistence reminiscent of almond.
PAIRINGS: It goes well with rich dishes, meat and game. Good with potato flan.
FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C.
