Vinification: This merlot comes from vineyards with low productivity, where more rigorous was the conduction Once arrived at the winery, the grapes were subjected to a manual selection, which allowed to start fermentation only the best berries At the end of fermentation, the obtained wine was placed in French oak barrels where it was aged for 12 months.

Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: On the nose there are sensations of red fruit, cherry, blackberry, then comes out the

Taste: Round, soft, intense, silky and elegant on the palate. Soft tannin, persistent and very pleasant finish
PAIRINGS: Excellent with white meats, red meats, game and venison. Try with roasts, grilled meats, boiled meats, aged cheeses, sliced meats.
