TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: On olfactory analysis it has an intense aroma of overripe red fruits (plums, blueberries, cherries) and spices (tobacco, vanilla, black pepper)
Taste: The sip is full-bodied, with good smoothness and retronasal hints that close on toasty notes. Silky tannins
PAIRINGS: Suitable for accompanying sumptuous meat preparations and aged cheeses. To stay in Puglia, we recommend it with horse chops with sauce: a life never to be lived without it
