Nose: Intense and complex, slightly ethereal, fruity, floral and spicy; with hints of blackberry jam, morello cherry, violet, tobacco, cinnamon, vanilla
Taste: Dry, warm, soft, with good concentration of gentle tannins, supported by acidity and good flavor. Highlights great body, remarkable balance, marked intensity and persistence
PAIRINGS: It is to be paired with second courses of the land menu, based on red meat, game or venison. Excellent with baked mutton
