TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Fine nuances of blueberry, blackberry and graphite with spicy hints of pepper and licorice
Taste: Warm, enveloping, silky and persistent
PAIRINGS: Perfect to drink with game, pasta with sauce, roasted meat and stewed red meat.
FRUITY: Best served at 16/18°C.
