Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 26-30°C for a week, which was followed by maceration for a total of about 10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation began in the steel vats, and was completed after transfer to barriques (25% new and 75% first-passage). The wine remained in barrique in the temperature-controlled cellar for a period of about 15 months. After the first 12 months, blending was carried out and then reintroduced into the barriques where it spent another 3 months. The wine remained in the bottle for another six months before release to the market.

TASTING NOTES.

Color: Ruby red

Nose: A concentrated but at the same time fine, smooth wine of great aromatic intensity with notes of fully ripe red fruit, spices and balsamic notes

Taste: Particularly striking in the mouth is the great maturity and the quality of the sweet and dense tannins, perfectly polished. A wine with beautiful aging potential but also perfectly enjoyable today

PAIRINGS: Ideal with pasta with meat sauce, roasted and grilled meat, game, stewed red meat, aged cheeses

FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
