Nose: The nose expresses an intense, ethereal bouquet, characterized by beautiful fruity notes on blueberry, blackberry, pepper and underbrush tones
Taste: Dry and velvety on the palate, with well-defined tannins, harmonious and persistent
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with red meats in general, game and aged cheeses
