TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose has hints of fresh red fruits with hints of spice
Taste: In the mouth it is rich, full, with very fine tannins that give length and persistence. Fresh, pleasant, fragrant, it has a nice structure and a full finish reminiscent of fresh fruit
PAIRINGS: Excellent with boiled meats and soups, pasta dishes dressed with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses
FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
