Vinification: Tondo Litro Rosso represents, with Quadro Litro Bianco, Pasquale and Elisabetta's idea of convivial wine. A wine reminiscent of drinking in trattorias or evenings with friends, places of authentic experiences with sincere wines. Obtained from a blend of 80% Aglianico and 20% Aglinicone, Barbera, Piedirosso, Sangiovese harvested in Torchiara from vineyards planted between 1960 and 2007 and fruit of different vintages ( 15% from 2018, 25% from 2019 and 60% from 2020) and made with vinification in steel and aging in steel and wood. It is a wine that responds to an idea of easy and disengaged drinking, light and without too much elucubration.

Nose: The nose is fresh and pleasant in tones of red fruit and spring flowers
Taste: Fresh and juicy on the palate, with refined structure.
PAIRINGS: A wine that goes well with earthy first and second courses.
