Description: Produced using traditional Fijian techniques from indigenous sugar cane, it is first aged in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of the islands, then transferred by ship to France and aged, in the continental climate, in ex-Cognac French oak barrels at the Château de Bonbonne
