Description: Franciacorta Riserva DOCG "Annamaria Clementi" is the result of the quest for excellence, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. It is produced only in the best vintages, and follows a very long aging on yeasts that lasts for more than eight years. The following disgorgement takes place without oxygen, using a unique system designed and patented by the Ca' del Bosco winery. Pure, pleasant and long-lived, it rightfully enters the best Franciacorta of the entire appellation. Free from all limits and with values in constant evolution: a label of absolute value, which pays the right tribute to the founder of the winery, Annamaria Clementi, mother of Maurizio Zanella.
